I say very seldom, if he was banned for what SM quoted then it's certainly unfair, he was simply re-announcing something from the OP's posts, it is pretty clear that he was not passing it as his own work, SM or anybody else should report such posts, but it's the mod's job to take these things case by case and even if they make a "mistake" they should be able to correct it.


but even if we were to assume that rules are rules and he must quote everything, exceptions should be given to valuable members, there is no single law on earth that applies to everyone regardless of the circumstances, this is terrible to say the least.
