It was my impression that the guy on YT video was there for the lulz to say the least. Would you really invite a guy with a camera that would later show that your business treats the customers in an unfair way (those loud ones with camera get money first)?
No-one spends that kind of money flying half way around the world for 'lulz'. To answer your question, yes, I personally in that situation would have invited him in, I may have said to him that I was happy to talk to him off-camera, but I still would have let him in and had a chat at a table for a few minutes.
