I think ICO scene turned bad due to scams and projects that dont complete their roadmaps. But ICO itself isnt flawed, just investor need do proper DD and also projects need to properly assure and complete deliverables. Such as exchange listing, working product, team with proper background, existing community. In my opinion projects like Kozjin is ticks the boxes.
