I know would be useful for users, but as a moderator I hope this doesn't happen with deleting other users posts as it would be a nightmare.
What if there is an option in profile page, it might be helpful.
Normal users who want to use that option (pop-up confirmed message when deleting posts), can tick in the check box and activate it.
Moderators or normal users who don't want to use the option, just don't tick in the check box.
