Can I buy Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency for cash without registering and confirming KYC?

EXBEGA is focused on the Russian market and most likely ATMs will accept the Russian ruble
I have a desire to test ATMs in Ukraine and check what features have already been added to ATMs.
The project team is not in a hurry to report where ATMs are installed.
It would be convenient if the representatives of the project team developed an interactive map with the designation of ATMs on it.
