I think Libra hasn't launched a platform to invest. currently Libra is still building a marketing strategy to gain public trust. As far as I know, Libra will appear in 2020. Now Libra is building popularity to gain public sympathy. When the popularity has been built then when the libra is launched, many will buy libra and trade with libra.
