Since it's a PM, my thinking was that if a DT can prove it then we can certainly say that the incident happened.

he is essentially saying in Turkish that the tokens sent to him through the phone app turned out to be worthless, so he sent the tokens back immediately as well as deleting the mobile app and cutting all communication, and oseikuf44 later even threatened him with voodoo magic
! However, ripple hasn't as of yet provided any evidence to support his defense.ripplecanavari should show up here and submit the link of the transaction where he at least sent the tokens back; otherwise the neg trust rating seems fair in this case in light of the produced evidence so far...
