Is it possible to make miniz able to mine zelcash with 1060 3Gb cards in windows 10?

You may try and run it on Windows 10 by adding
--mode 10. If it works, it will be a bit slower.
Could you paste here the beginning of console output when you start miniZ? This may help us with trying to improve this.
