I am surprised this thread doesn't mention the invest part even though it's in the title

Fairly sure this isn't intended as I've never seen it this way on other sites, but I don't think your dev team has set any limits on the faucet. Usually, other sites require a zero balance or a balance below a certain threshold to be able to use it, but I've been able to claim it 14 times in a row now.

I think this is the greatest case of "great design no UX" I have ever seen. I mean usually designers think they can be UX as well but thats not the case almost all the time, designers are great at designs but UX people are great at where and how to use those designs.

Whoever designed the logos and graphics and all that is an amazing artist and whatever you guys are paying them right now they still deserve a promotion and a salary increase, yet when it comes to placing stuff somewhere or putting some stuff into others or outside that becomes very bad. Ux needs an improvement like yesterday, you gotta hire some UX professional, pay him a bit and get him to rearrange every single thing in your website to the proper order, that way you can probably get a lot more people to gamble with a lot more ease.
