Great analogy, except that death does not come to everyone the same exact way, people die for different reasons and on different times, speaking of death , capital penalty is different for everyone, you could kill someone for self-defense or in a car accident and you won't be treated the same way as someone who shot a man sleeping in his bed while trying to rob his house, applying the same penalty on the 2 different scenarios mentioned above is plain "stupid".

OP should send a message to Cyrus since they're running a team of active team recoveries and link them to this thread. Theymos isn't all that harsh on the accounts if they're quality contributors on the forum.
Since this has been going on for over a month, I think OP should do exactly what you mentioned, PMing theymos might help as well, I would like to believe that Theymos have not read/seen this thread and that is why nothing has been done yet.
