Yes right he was just lucky and to win from the lottery you certainly need to have a big luck beside you, there's people who don't expect things like this but just hoping to win and this man is one of those who been given a chance to win and now to enjoy the lucky earnings to what extent he wants.

I dont believe in superficial or celestial thing, there is no such thing as celestial involvement the guy is just lucky that he won the jackpot. It is inspiring to know that someone with this status in life was lucky to win the jackpot and that he spend it wisely unlike other who spend it lavishly until nothing left.
I don't believe on that too. If you are destined to win then you will and vice versa. No celestial things or whatever. It is inspiring yes but don't take it as an inspiration and you will spend all of your money in lottery hoping that you will win too like what happened to the janitor.
