For me, it's a lucky and also blessed moment for him. We know that there are so many people buying lottery tickets and hoping that someday it will change their lives and this person had his moment in life. This kind of fortune is one of the ways by GOD; I believe that GOD'S always works in mysterious ways. 
That is right. GOD will always work in a mysterious way, we could not predict what will happen later. And if that person can win much money in the gambling games, then GOD is behind him and help him to win the games. I think that is happening to all people but some people get a big reward because he did one good thing.
