Ethereum and Neo will increase in the next bull run but unfortunately, we don't know how higher those coin will increase. All we can do is prepare for the time so we can sell those coins at a higher price. But I am not sure if the price can grow at least 10x because that will need more support from many traders and investor so we can see the price will increase higher. I am only sure that the price will increase because those coins have the opportunity to increase later.
