Can we really count other coins being pumped as the only reason for Horizen to be lagging behind? Yes, while crappy coins with low volumes are prime targets for pumps, a coin like Horizen with a solid team lags for valid reasons. I asked many times for lack of certain efforts and mostly received non-answers. When I point to problems, I get "You help fix it!" type answers. If I did not know better, I'd think Horizen is actively trying to stay under the radar for some reason. I just can't think of one valid reason why.
