Even as market has been improving rapidly in the past months , why do this new projects keep failing?
They are not making a good project, most of them just want to scam investors its sad for them to fail but they deserve it. Even if the market goes up, we cant prevent any failed project because they can enter easily in the market. New project should be unique, and better to be more legal and go on a good process.
