This is the advantage on a provably fair lottery, any users with any amount of tickets has the chance to win a great amount of money. Indeed, the more tickets you have the higher chance you'll win something so spending some tickets is basically worth to try especially if the prizepool is so big compared to the amount you need to spend for the tickets.
Not only provably fair lottery but also this one had 0% House edge which you cant find in any gambling sites as of today.

I wasn't paying attention to this fact, but indeed the house edge of the lottery on Crypto-Games is zero. As it is explained on the site:

We can see that it is true by summing up all prizes
0.0852 + 0.016 + 0.0053 = 0.1065
and comparing that to the money raised
