Logical assumption would be :
1. People who use 32-bit windows usually have low-end computer (1-2 core CPU, RAM less than 4GB and only use HDD) which barely can run Bitcoin Core
2. With 1st assumption, users would look for wallet which uses little resource
3. People who still insist run Bitcoin Core on low-end computer usually geek who use Linux with lightweight desktop environment (Xfce, LXDE, etc.)
