I mean this not cool ! you buy a piece of land and it can be taken from you because you can't keep up with inflation... because you have a frugal life sustain by minimal income... it's very unjust... what do you think of the prorpiety tax ?
Do you own the land or not? or is it just a lease? at least be clear from the title...

Property taxes are collected by the county, and pay for various expenses such as hospitals and school districts. These are state expenses.
States that do not have property taxes have income taxes.
Income taxes are far worse.
