Never, just forget about that expectations Binance can never ever compete with Bitcoin. I am a fan of Binance exchange, and I really admire lots of work that they put into their business to make sure they continue to service their users smoothly, but with all the strategies they have, their line of business, or whatever product that they offer is not same as bitcoin function.

There can never be Binance without bitcoin, because bitcoin makes up more of the volumes you see people trade on these exchanges, so as far as I am concern, their boss for now and ever will still be bitcoin, take bitcoin out of them, and out of their system, you will see another weak version of Binance. Bitcoin has been the pole of most of these exchanges because that is where more of their money comes from, through the services they render to its community.
