I don't think the market has recovered to fully.The prises are stable now but that doesn't mean it is recovered.It will take few months for crypto to fully recover from first half of this year.
Your uncertainty is proven. a while ago Coinmarketcap returned to red-hot.
This is not the peak of improvement and growth, we still need time and patience until the prices in the market really grow again.
I think the market is doing good it's expected that it will have a correction along the way and some whales exiting for a quick profit, but still Bitcoin is going up again it's in a much better position now than two months ago, I also noticed so many projects coming from ICO are now updating their investors and followers.
