What I mean is if I send 1000 views to your site I will receive 1.2 cents. That is low.
IP addresses reset hourly. That means you can earn from the same IP address up to 24 times per day. Which is again, a good thing for ptp traffic. Ptp traffic usually has a lot of repeat hits. This allows you to earn more from ptp traffic.
Either way, the cpm is fine for a ptp.
