so there is really no difference. And as for Sportsbet.io I have been seeing a lot of complaints about them recently and that even made me to take a break from making use of their website because it seems like everything is no longer as it used

they should try to up their game

It does make a big difference, the two sites have fairly different offerings as a result. The fact that they used it in the past has no affect on their future offerings.
Link me to the negative Sportsbet.io reviews? Their thread has been quiet with just signature spammers posting recently (and game-protect), so I haven't seen any credible negative reviews. Everyone does get negative reviews at some point though, Nitrogen is probably the biggest in the space and they've had a lot of issues.
