As a side note, I suspect I'm on a fork again, as I can only see 16 masternodes now. Can someone else tell me what you can see? Thanks.

Not necessarily. Let's all compare block hashes for a recent block:
> getblockhash 867665
3984dec64238c71e960ddebbb9ef9cd57eff765f84644bbb61398673123b6d27
If we are all on the same chain, this value for block 867665 should be the same.
Edit: I can see 13 MNs at this time.
