I agree with you, the pre ico price is too expensive with total supply 540 million, i just check their pre ico link and there is no transaction until now.

Normally companies goes to market in first year or two after ICO, putting all their token owners on waiting list. Many of these companies has also disappear with money before their token was tradable.
