It seems not quite new as there are articles from 3months ago there, and it seems little weird for me as newest article I can see is weekly newsletter from 3 weeks ago? 
It is good too see news section but if  this action would contribute to Bitshares success news should be published far more often!
There are days on Binance or Kucoin or Huobi with few articles or more daily and Bitshares should follow that direction!
