Race doesn't matter. What matter is the individual's IQ.
If a black individual has a 125 iq, and the average IQ for whites is 100, does that mean that he's less special than them?
What truly matters is the person's character.
Both are constructs.
IQ is like letting someone play a game and basing their intelligence on their game score. Yes the game is real, and people can use their intelligence to improve their score, but the main thing their score tells you is how experienced they are at the game, and how much they've practiced the game. Not their intelligence.
