Would the cheaper price of electricity at 0.06 Euros not be cancelled out by the high cost for "Carrying out cable" @ 12 000 Euro
"Connectivity" - 3500 x 4 (400 kW) = 14 000 Euro and 2 containers @ 10 000 Euro.
Is this shared cost between all the people making use of these containers or do you have to rent your own container?
You did not mention anything about the cooling and cost associated with that... and also security and maintenance and support on-site?
