I want to know about this too but users need to download something to know about the investing guide which is a bit fishy IMO. It should be provided on the site without downloading something IMO no matter the file is just a PDF or Docs, open it publicly is better so users can read the whole thing through the site. This is the first time I see a site asking users to download a file to know about the investing guide so I call it as strange/fishy because most other sites explain everything about investment publicly without downloading a file.
