I am surprised you mentioned about investing in real estate with a capital of around $1300. That is pretty impossible to make instant money with 1300 usd if you invest the money in real estate. I would rather suggest the OP to invest the money in crypto and in a coin that could easily give him good return. Bitcoin is something to look at right now as the price is rising.
