Also, if he genuinely is a tipster, unless he offers a moneyback guarantee you can't really complain. After all, a prediction is just a prediction whether from an expert or novice, surely he cannot see the future otherwise he wouldn't be selling the service.

NB: Don't worry people are already taking me serious, atleast I have saved some poor guy out there from losing their hard earned cash to this scammer.
