Right now the only place to get it is through the Binance Chain, accessible through the Binance DEX (people tend to mix those up) which is blocked in the US and 28 other countries. Alternatively there is the Trust Wallet. Maybe there are some other clients too.

Today is actually the day Dusk ERC-20 token will be finally be listed on Ethfinex and Bitfinex. It is going to be interesting, because the Dusk BEP-2 and ERC-20 tokens will be traded simultaneously.
