Here's the same advice as anyone if the banned message has an email in it, then send your appeal to that email. I would suggest making some effort into your appeal, and being completely honest. At least show that you're going to be a asset to the forum instead of a rehashed version of someone else.
Even though the banned user made an effort, I don't think that the moderators will reverse their decision to the user especially if the user didn't contribute here. Even those banned users who contributed here didn't get their account anymore although there are some who are lucky enough to get their account back. Can I ask if there is an user here who got their account back after plagiarizing. Thanks
