Nothing can be trusted if you just give a person through the PM about your project.
I guess this forum has been given an advantage for the new exchange to be known by many people. With one note, the developer exchange give all detail about their project on this forum transparently and make some promotion who involved a few member on this forum such as bounty campaign or signature campaign which is paid in BTC.
