Why to fork full blockchain.  Using this method, Bitcoiners can claim their ratio 1:1.   We are building infrastructure on- top of Bitcoin Cloud to facilitate the needs of our water network and essentially in time, our Collective Bitcoiners will be able to use that claimed amount to purchase water essentially rendering it free or subsidised, or they could hold as a store of value, ect ect.  If we chose to start fresh, our community would not have that entitlement, it seemed unfair.
