I wouldn't consider ETH or NEO shitcoins at all.  Not sure about XRP since I don't know much about it, but Libra....that's probably going to be one of the worst stinkers.  I just talked to someone yesterday who knows very little about crypto and yet she'd heard about "Facebook's new cryptocurrency".  I kid you not, so it must be making the news.
