I fixed the gpu not being recognized YAYYY 
. Now I'm only getting 27hs on one card and 10hs on the other when solo I was getting 30hs/28hs. I have tried switching between cards in trixx to adjust clocks using same clocks and slightly adjusted ones to see if that fixes it but no luck.
Anyone have any ideas almost not worth running the second card with 100/85 watts or 185 watt total.
