We recommend withdrawing your BSV funds from CEX.IO to an external wallet to avoid charges."
like a new type of fees all of a sudden! and guess what is next? the site "cex.io" becomes down right after that?
Sir... it's ok to have issues with the platform we understand technical issues, we know how difficult to deal with increased growth, but applying new type of fees then put everything down this won't make you attract new clients anyway. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your concern here.
First and foremost, we would like to emphasize that the decision not to list BSV was made some time ago and many factors influenced such a choice. Let us also specify that the email notification about that was sent a month prior to the email you have received on July, 10 and it included the recommendation to withdraw BSV from CEX.IO during a month and also it contained the information about Storage Fee that would be applicable after July, 11.
We are sorry that such news appeared to be disappointing for you, still, it is fair to mention that Storage Fee is in no way a new type of fee but rather long-existed and stated in CEX.IO Terms of Use policy.
As for the service interruptions we were facing, they appeared due to technical issues on the side of our data center provider. However, our Tech Team was pushing the provider to solve these issues in the shortest period of time.
As a result, CEX.IO was back in working order within a few hours. Thus, users that had no time to withdraw BSV during a month, were able to do that successfully after the maintenance.
Yet, of course, on behalf of our entire company, we apologize for any inconvenience these interruptions have caused.
