My answer will be yeah Binance is the best crypto exchange. Its just my opinion and I don't know about others peoples opinions. Binance has high security, good support, good interface, high volume, big numbers of users all around the world.
Despite the latest hackers' attack, yes, I can say that it remains the best and the most trusted exchange. Naturally, sometimes I use other exchanges, not this one (the rates are the reason), but Binance in №1.
