I have not seen projects that could offer a similar idea for the ICOs market. The platform will be able to attract different service providers, but I hope that they will have only high-quality experience in ICO development.
Service providers must pass KYC on the platform. It in the first place. And of course, only reliable service providers will be able to attract new entrepreneurs to cooperation. So, I think that this process will be well established thanks to the rating system.
