Who can vote for certain PHORE BLOCKCHAIN updates?
To vote, is it enough for me to have 1000 PHRs in my wallet?
To vote, you need to run one masternode. Running one masternode requires 10,000 PHRs on your wallet. Once synapse is launched, 100 PHR will suffice.
I'm really looking forward to synapse running on the main network. This will improve decentralization and allow people to earn even with a small amount of coins.
