Maybe it is because that people keep holding it, not wanting to get it out of its digital form into fiat cash. If there's more reason that I could imply, maybe because of the poor adoption of cryptocurrency into their country wherein the common enterprises rarely adopts it as an alternative payment method. Can't blame that it would be questioned actually. Sometimes, it gets stupidly asked if it is a "scam" like wtf?
