@Foxpup and others, using the never merited criteria might deprived some quality individuals of recieving merit from you guys as just for a user to have received only one merit from you guys it results to he/she misses out. Maybe Below 5/10 or any reasonable number would work better.
That's a good point. I experimented with that a little bit for my own list but there are still so many unmerited users I want to review that I'm probably a few weeks away from raising this criteria from 0 to ~10 or so.
I'd like to see which all users who earned more than N Merit, but never received any from me. Can you make N high enough to show the 100 top-Merit-earning-users that I missed? It can be earned on all boards. I'm hoping/guessing N is around 200 for this.

I reckon good post get completely un noticed (as https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg51805460#msg51805460) while meme get rains of merits.
That's one of the problems with WO. You're unlikely to get merits there from non-resident wall observers ("outsiders" won't read thousands of pages) and "regulars" tend to merit rockets and mic's dinner etc. Nothing wrong with that, just a different type of environment.
