CEX/DEX/ every other fancy term out there is of less importance compared to the KYC policies and support of the exchange. Most of the exchanges fuck customers over in the name of KYC policies. Is there a way your DEX/CEX can solve that? People have to wait for days to get a reply from support. Can this be taken as a priority?
WE truly have a plan to solve this problem that will also create some jobs for people and this will really solve the customers problem because we are implementing server based customer service . that will cover the the customer based on their regional location and can communicate easily .
