You might want to narrow it down (e.g. by date and/or post count and/or post length) since that's gonna be 2 million users. I would also suggest to exclude Bounties.

Ok, so based on the example:

and on your criteria, here is a top 100 list of users who earned at least one but less than 100 merits in the last 120 days, never posted in Altcoin Discussions, and never received a merit from you, sorted by post count in the last 120 days descending. Let me know if you want to adjust it in any way. I wasn't sure if you would want users who earned merits in 120 days or anyone who posted in 120 days so I went with merits since that's a narrower criteria.
