if you check that user's post history you can see that he had a similar case with poloniex two years ago and he didn't post any update after
so maybe he got paid

regarding your case I would really love to see what Tim will say about it , personally I wagered thousands with bitcoinrush and never had a single problem over the last 2 years
so yeah they do believe there is abuse going on , it may be just a misunderstanding tho
