I just wonder, why that idiot did no sell this premine earlier, when the price was skyrocketing ? Or was his stupid and greedy mind forcing him to keep them until "better times" ?
Most of coins ,he sold on much higher prices.I traced good part of his BTC wallets with date of transaction,exchange and amount:

He could not sell them all,because market was too shallow for selling such a lot of coins.
In latest post on Medium, Boris finally admitted that card program is definetely abandoned. Also ,there are a whole new set of new promises based on thin air( they are promising to enter in top 10 crypto projects
