I'm fine with that too, I had the same thought  Grin . Should we just tell them nevermind, you'll do it later for free anyway...

I think it's fine to just leave it out there and let folks donate if they see fit, we don't want to look smug by being dismissive, but I agree that ~100USD is too much to be listed on an exchange. The volume on the existing exchanges should be sign enough that this is going places.
