Would be good if you guys had more of your team members on discord and other communication too such as telegram. Maybe to start doing videos and conferences and live chat events to get more people in and getting more action.
3 or so staff in Discord is next to no one. Wheres the rest of the team?

But I agree that it's better to have more admins to help our users!
Videos and conferences are in our plans, that's a good idea.
