^ Yes you can, there's no issue I have heard regarding that matter. Once you click the LTC wallet from your exchange account like Binance it will automatically generate a wallet address and consider it is your own wallet since you have control of your account on the exchange.
Just make it sure that the format of LTC wallet address is the same address to transfer your LTC safe.
