XRP looks very stable, and this lasts for quite a long time, it has been going on for the past two years, if we see this, I don't think there will be any significant changes that will occur on the XRP. this is my opinion.
XRP is stable in price as you said, one and half year passed but prices not moving well but who invested at lowest price they are well happy. Many crypto mates still expecting that they will see more higher price this year and could be possible. Like fake news can pump BSV so real projects will be go up on time, it's a matter of time.
